Hello,
I have had a search done of my new vanity call for it's history and find that it was used for less than a year. It's owner was from Dover Delaware and was shown in the callbooks from the fall of 1950 to about the middle of 1951 and that was it. As I have come to learn Dover was a dispatch base for our troops, so maybe this all ties in.

 I am wondering if some of our senior members might have known him and could fill me in on some history. This was the time of Korea and this has the feel of sad ending since it was registered for such a short period.
I am at work now and can supply his name at the end of the day if needed.

I hope that this request is covered under the rules of the road since this was a boatanchor era time.

I would ask that any response be mailed direct to me to free the server from un-necessary activity.
