[Boatanchors] Debeg Manual Assist

Greetings Gang:

I'm looking for a service manual for the Debeg 2000.  Anyone have one to
make a copy or know of a source?  

Anyone have one of these which you switched over from 220 vac to 120? 
Run on 24 vdc?  Need some spot info on that.

Would appreciate any assistance.
