Hi All,
I have a National NC183 general coverage receiver for sale. This set was 
produced by the National Co. in Malden Mass.  between 1947-1952 and was one 
of the better receivers that they produced. It has 16 tubes and covers from 
.54-31 mHz, then from 48-56 mHz in 5 bands. There are bandspreads for the 6, 
10, 20, 40 and 80 meter ham bands. The set works well on all bands and the S 
meter works well too. The cabinet has some scratches on the side, but is 
overall in very good condition for its age. The filter has been 
professionally replaced and the choke is a replacement too. Other than that, 
the set appears to be all original. The set comes with a copy of  an original 
National manual. The speaker is NOT included in this offering. I have photos 
for interested buyers to view. The buyer will pay shipping on this item, 
which will be substantial as this is a fairly heavy National. Please email me
