Please plan to arrive early as all registration activities are to be completed by 7 p.m. Applicants must furnish the original and one photocopy of their current license (if any), original and one photocopy of any certificates of successful completion of examination (CSCE) they may hold, positive (photo) identification, and social security (SSN) or Licensee ID number (FRN). License exams are free, walk-ins welcome and preregistration is not required. If you are applying for your first license, please go to https://fjallfoss.fcc.gov/coresWeb/publicHome.do and obtain a FRN. This web site is self-explanatory and there is no charge for the FRN registration. Special examination accommodations must be requested at least two weeks prior to the test date.
