[BCVHFA] FCC proposes to end paper licenses

In WT Docket 14-161 November 5 the FCC is proposing to cease issue 
hard copy (paper) licenses to amateur radio operators after they 
receive their first paper license after becoming a new ham. The ARRL 
has issued comments to the FCC that hams who would like to continue 
receiving paper licenses have the ability to do so by request.

their web site.  The deadline to file comments is November 10.
