[BCVHFA] Ham License Exams - Saturday morning

An examination session in Technician, General and Extra Class Amateur 
Radio Operator*s License will be available on Saturday morning, 
December 10, 2011, at R&L Electronics, 1315 Maple Ave., Hamilton, OH

Doors will open for registration at 8 a.m. with examinations 
commencing shortly  thereafter.

Applicants must furnish the original and one photocopy of their 
current license (if any), original and one photocopy of any 
certificates of successful completion of examination (CSCE) they may 
hold, positive (photo) identification, and social security (SSN) or 
Licensee ID number (FRN).

There is no test fee required for these examinations.

NCVEC Form 605, Application for License, will be available at the 
test site.   NCVEC 605 form also available from K8CM for 
SASE.  (Request electronic copy from k8cm at arrl.net)

Special examination accommodations must be requested at least three 
weeks prior to the test date.
