The DARA VE team will give exams for technician, general and extra 
class licenses Wednesday, January 20 at 7:00pm.

Please note that we will be at a different location, P&R 
Communications, 700 E First St in downtown Dayton, near 5/3 
Field.  Park in the rear and use the rear door.

There is no fee to take the exams.

Applicants need to show us a government issued photo ID (i.e. 
driver's license, passport, etc).

Applicants upgrading their current amateur license need to bring the 
ORIGINAL of that license for us to see and a photocopy for us to 
file. Applicants bringing any other paperwork for credit need to 
bring a photocopy for us to file.

To submit results to the FCC, we must have either your Social 
Security Number (SSN) or FCC Registration Number (FRN). Amateur radio 
licenses issued within the past several years display the FRN.  If 
you don't have a FRN and would prefer to not provide your SSN, you 
may visit the FCC website at

http://www.fcc.gov/uls

and apply for a FRN in advance.
