[BCVHFA] CW intruder on 80 meters

ALERT.

All you CW guys take a listen on 80 meters and see if you can hear the 
intruder. This station is strong here, S-7 to S-9 at 10:30 pm. The 
station is presently on 3.5285 going strong at 25 words per minute. Each 
message is about 6 to 7 minutes long and starts with a preamble of "NR" 
then a number, the time and 1986. The time seems to be off, but does 
increment properly. Then it goes into 5 character coded groups.

This has been going on every evening since Monday. Ear the station was 
on 3.6475.

Could this be Al-Qaeda??? Or just a wayward spy numbers station???

We may never know. Listen and wonder......
