In the event you are wondering why you received duplicate exam 
announcement chalk it up to "computer error".

The first time I sent the announcements, I received a reply telling 
me that the DIAL and BCVHFA mail lists could not  be 
reached.  Further, the system was not going to continue to attempt 
the send.  Consequently, I sent the announcements again.

A reply to the second posting was about the same thing; DIAL and 
BCVHFA could not be reached.  It seems, though, that DIAL and BCVHFA 
did, in fact, receive and reflect both postings.

Sorry for any inconvenience.
