[BCVHFA] Recent upgrades

Congratulations to all who recently earned or upgraded their amateur 
radio operator privileges.

We had a total of 20 candidates last Saturday morning; two of whom 
earned new licenses (Technician), one advanced to Amateur Extra, and 
16 advanced to General class.

Of the upgrades, one sat for Extra class examination and ten for 
General class examination by DIAL VEs.  The remaining six were 
administrative in nature and based on recent examination completion.

Congratulations are extended to the successful candidates and many 
thanks to the VEs working the Saturday session.
