[BCVHFA] New TECH resources available

With the change in the Technician test, there are some new and updated 
resources available in the internet. Most of the online sample test sites 
have been updated to the 2006 test. There is also some good material for 
self study and class study out there in adobe PDF format and in the MS Power 
Point format.
