[BCVHFA] Middletown field day planning meeting June 16, 6:30 pm

As you all might know, the ARRL field day is fast approaching. Field day 
is June 26 & 27 this year. We have the operation scheduled for Smith 
Park, in downtown Middletown. New this year, members of the Butler 
County VHF group will be joining with the Dial Radio club to conduct 
field day. We want to welcome them to this first combined field day.

We will be holding a field day planning meeting NEXT Wednesday, the 
16th. The members of the field day committee should be there. If you are 
going to be at field day, you should be there too. If you just want to 
stop by, be there. Did I leave anybody out?


Details of the planning meeting:


Time - WEDNESDAY June 16, time 6:30 pm

Place - Area 1 at Smith Park in Middletown (Turn right at the stop sign 
and park on the right).

Talk-in - 146.61 repeater, PL 77.0 hz

Topics - Discuss and observe the station, tent, camper and antenna 
layout; finalize number of stations; make sure all the tasks are 
assigned and covered; food; and other stuff we will think of.


If it rains, we will find a dry shelter to meet together under.
