Good advice Carl and also everyone should be using a good anti-virus program.  McAfee and Nortons have very good programs (I use McAfee Online, www.mcAfee.com,) and there are several very good FREE programs.  Oh yeh, and keep them updated regularly, two or three times a week at least to catch the new virii and worms that come out regularly.
