its getting time to apply for the special call for the bridge event the 
following are the club and there calls for 2003

this year everyone will run their own ad for the event (to avoid the mess up 
from last year) in qst magazine
the event will be held once again on kids day  june 21/22
we may get a few more clubs involved in it but don't know just yet 
(washington/jackson counties)
