Gary Miller, the director of the entire Red Cross Disaster Services response
to the 9/11 terrorist attacks on NYC, will be the speaker/program at the 
QCEN meeting on Friday, April 19.  The meeting begins at 8pm at the Red
Cross Chapter, located at 720 Sycamore St. in downtown Cincinnati. 

Gary will be discussing his experiences during 6 weeks as the "job director",
the highest ranking "officer" in Disaster Services throughout his time there.

Talk-in on 147.24+.  If you believe there might be significant interest within
your organization, please let me know so we can plan accordingly for larger
crowds.
