[BARC-List] Help with coax through the window at condo?

Home Depot sells a screen kit which will allow you to make a new screen
a little shorter than the one you have now. The size of the screen depends
on what you want. With the new shorter screen, you can now "fill the gap"
with a piece of painted wood with holes in it. This will allow you to
keep a screen in place. That takes care of the screen.

For the window itself, I'd do what others have suggested. If you want to
be neat, make a second piece of wood just like the one you make for the
screen and put it at the bottom of the frame, then you can close the
window on it. As another has said, don't forget to insulate the top side
of the sash with weather stripping or some other suitable material.
