[BARC-List] directions to bare cove from western 'burbs

I hope those who travel by train do so safely. I'm trying to get to Bare Cove from the western suburbs, coming down 128S. Google maps sounds like a roundabout route, so I wonder if there is a preferred method to get there from here. I think there were good directions in last year's THE SPARC. Were they? Still in the archives, or can they please be reprinted on the BARC website?

PS - I will be there mid-morning Saturday and stay thru late afternoon/early evening. Will not be there on Sunday due to assisting with the BAA event in Boston.
