[BARC-List] CUSHCRAFT R7 MEASUREMENTS

I was going to say you could probably tune it up with a field intensity 
meter and a vswr bridge. I've got an FIM that will go to 5.1MHz 
(made for broadcast band) but you could as easily use a receiver 
and a short antenna.
