Hi All,
Take this list with a grain of salt. There are a number of uncoordinated
repeaters and simplex VOIP links
operating on these frequencies. When in doubt, always check the frequency
first. Yes, everyone is
supposed to not intefere, but a station under automatic control isn't always
able to prevent causing
interference. Is this right? No. However, it is reality. I'm not
condoning the operation of these stations -
just making sure people are aware they are there. If you plan your public
service activity or other use on
a simplex frequency, you may want to avoid frequencies with automated
systems parked on them.
In particular, there are three uncoordinated repeaters - one in Southern NH
on 146.445, in Lincoln RI
on 146.46, and in Worcester on 146.4875. In Connecticut there are three
repeaters, one each on
146.415, 146.445, and 146.475. The CT repeater coordinator coordinates
1MHz repeaters, so the
CT ones may be coordinated.
As for simplex links, there is an accurate list of these operations here:

73 and happy simplex-ing!
