BARC Now has a meeting place. Thanks to Robert J DiLibero, K1OP, who recommended the Brookline Community Room and gave us a point of contact.

This week I submitted a request to the Brookline Police Department to use their Community Room at Police Head Quarters for the clubs meetings and testing. The request was approved by the Brookline Police Department on Wednesday and at the club's business meeting today. The list of approved dates is listed below. Except where noted general meetings are held on the 3rd Thursday of each month, VE testing is held on the 2nd Monday of each month, and Business meetings are held on the 1st Thursday of the month.

February 8 at 7:00 – 9:00 pm VE Testing
February 17 (Wednesday) at 7:00 – 9:30 pm General Meeting
March 3 (Wednesday) at 7:00 – 9:30 pm Business Meeting
March 8 at 7:00 – 9:00 pm VE Testing
March 18 at 7:00 – 9:00 pm General Meeting
April 12 at 7:00 – 9:00 pm VE Testing
April 14 (Wednesday) at 7:00 – 9:30 pm General Meeting
May 10 at 7:00 – 9:00 pm VE Testing
May 20 at 7:00 – 9:30 pm General Meeting
June 3 at 7:00 – 9:30 pm Business Meeting
June 14 at 7:00 – 9:00 pm VE Testing

The address of the Community Room is: Brookline Police Department, 350 Washington St, Brookline, MA 02445. There is a municipal parking lot across the street on Holden Street (behind the City Hall). Parking is free after 6:00 pm. For those who take the "T" directions from Park Street Station with times is below.

       •• Walk approx. 1 block NW on Washington St.
• Trip time Approx 29 mins cost $3.50/$1.00

Take Green- D Line - Riverside To Brookline Village Station
• Approx. 6:15 PM Depart from Park St Station - Green Line - D Branch
• Approx. 6:37 PM Arrive at Brookline Village Station - Outbound
• Walk For 13 Mins. To 350 Washington St, Brookline, Ma
	•• Walk approx. 1 block SW on Pearl St.
         •• Turn right on Boylston St.
         •• Walk a short distance W on Boylston St.
         •• Walk straight on Washington St.
         •• Walk approx. 3 blocks W on Washington St.
• Trip time 35 mins cost $2.00/$.60
