[BARC-List] BARC VE Sessions for September and October

Hi, All. Here's good news to tell your Pre-Hams friends who are anxious to get their ticket and for all of you who want to upgrade your ham license. 

These two VE Sessions will be held at 7:00 PM at the Salvation Army Headquarters, Berkeley Street and Columbus Avenue, Back Bay Boston.

IGNORE ALL REFERENCES TO THE PIERCE SCHOOL, BROOKLINE, FOUND ON THE BARC WEB SITE,    www.barc.org   THAT INFORMATION IS OUT OF DATE AND WILL BE CHANGED.

The September session will be held on Monday, 14 September at 7:00 PM.  

The October session will be held on Monday, 12 October at 7:00 PM.  

Please bring: 

Your current license and a photocopy (if you are currently licensed). 

Any CSCE's or expired-license credits you are claiming, and a photocopy of them. 

Valid photo ID (or 2 non-photo IDs only if you don't have a photo ID) 

A pen, pencil and a calculator (if you want to). 

$15.00 (good for all the tests you take at that session, except for retests). 

The needed FCC forms will be provided. 

For people not taking an exam, license renewals and address changes are processed free for ARRL members or $14 for non-members.
