[BARC-List] Icom IC-M88 Marine / Land (Ham?) VHF FM

The Icom IC-M88 Marine VHF FM handheld also covers the 146MHz+ portion
of the 2M Amateur band as part of it's LMR (Land Mobile) capability.
The manual is a bit vague about programming the LMR frequencies.

Has anyone used this HT on 2 meters?  If so, do you know if it can be
programmed for repeater splits?
