I am working on getting my HF transciever out of mothballs on on the air for the first time in 20 years, and I could use some help.  I have been attempting some QSO's without success on 20 and 40 meters, and would like to arrange a sked with someone to verify that I am putting out a useable signal.  

Anyone able to help?
