      One of my sailing friends is asking about information about
weather fax data on Single-Sideband for his cruising sailboat.  He
wants to use it with a computer aboard his 35-foot sloop.   Do any of
your BARC members access the weather fax frequencies?  Have they done
this?  
      Can they suggest any books giving information or some advice
about hardware/software and how to set one up?  Any help will be
appreciated.  Thanks.   Martin  N.
