[BARC-List] 447.175 and Pave Paws

Just to quell some rumors out there.  It looks like
the Air Force has decided to complain about 440
repeaters within 100mi of Otis AFB on the cape.

Our 440 machine, 447.175 is on the list of ones they
wanted some more info on; they have not told us yet
to shut it down, and we are hoping that they will
let us keep it running.  We may need to change the
power level or change the antenna to one that has a
null facing Otis.

BTW, you do know that we are limited to 50W of power
on the 70cm band here in EMA.  I didn't until this
came up...
