[BARC-List] Google Maps of Repeaters created

     Although there may be some omissions and other problems you may
find the Web URLs below to be helpful to you when looking for ham
repeaters in different parts of the country. I entered Zip Codes for
Mineola and Syracuse NY and got results.

     If you have additional information that would help David Levine
in his efforts here, please email him with your updates.

The text based repeater sites/guides require you to know the area you
are in and look through them scanning for nearby cities. That's fine
when you are in an area, such as your home, that you know well, but
falls short when traveling to less familiar places.

So, what I did was use data from another site and dynamically create
Google Maps of the information. I pulled together 2 presentations of
the same data where you can look at all repeaters by state, or enter
in a location and provide a distance to find all repeaters around
that
location.

Please check them out and let me know what you think. You can click
on
any of the map points to get details about the repeaters located at
that location. I know I want to add in filtering my bands so if
you're
only interested in say 70cm and 2m you can see just the info relevant
to those bands.
