An assigned net frequency is a good idea.  147.420 is commonly the ARES
simplex around here, maybe the other F-class clubs can be encouraged to
guard that as well as their SKYWARN
frequencies for "real world" traffic.

A "sked" is usually against contest rules, unless arranged in a in-contest
QSO, but I don't see any rule against it beforehand on a quick look!?

If EOCs had a NET on 147.420 or HF before and after the NTS nets, they
could pass the traffic around extra thouroughly.
