[BARC-List] SKYWARN on the web?

Is there anywhere on the internet where Skywarn activations can be 
checked? Or maybe there's an email list to notify people about activations?

During today's weather I fully expected an activation, yet when I came 
up on a repeater which normally carries Skywarn traffic (Scituate 
145.39), no one responded to my inquiry.

It'd be great if this kind of info was available online.
