Here's a request from Jeff Arnold for amateur radio support for the Head of  
the Charles regatta.  This is a fun event.  Send Jeff an email if you  can

There is a small change on those who will be  working Saturday.  Instead of
8am, they would like us there at  7am
For those who are assigned to boats, the boats should be leaving the  docks
15-30 minutes before the day starts.
So try to be there about  6:30ish so the boats can be on the water on time.
That includes me who will  be on rescue 1.

We still do need a bit of help.  Please forward  this request to ham buddies,
and clubs.
Friday, Oct 21 need 4 more land  positions
Saturday, Oct 22 need 4 more land and 1boat position
Sunday,  Oct 23 need 10 more land positions.

Please make sure they send  me
Name, call, address, phone, cell, jacket size which day and land or  boat.

Thanks in advance.  The assignments and info will be out the  first week  of
October.
