[BARC-List] SWAT NET Tonight

Members are reminded of the SWAT Net that takes place each Friday Night on
145.23. We have lost our regular NCO and therefore someone else will have to
step up to the plate to keep the net running. If no one else steps forward,
jump in and serve as the Net Control Operator. A lengthly discussion took
place at the BARC Business meeting Thursday Night.  Although no decision was
reached, the leadership as well as several other member present are
concerned about the future of the NET due to lack of net control operators
and participation. The issue will be discussed again at the next business
meeting to be held on Sept. 1st. In the interim lets see what we can do
ourselves to keep it active. I will try to run the net tonight myself but if
I can't,  hop in and keep it going.
