[BARC-List] What is this antenna?

I have yet to take a picture, but there is a small-ish vertically
polarized yagi connected to a brick structure at the corner of Sudbury,
Merrimac, and Congress streets at Government Center.

The structure is adjacent to the steps which are adjacent to the low-rise
towers of the JFK building.

The yagi is on the left side of the brick structure if looking at it from
the Merrimac/Congress street side.   It is angled in the general direction
of Center Plaza.
