Please pardon my ignorance.
I see that there is much field-day related activity going on now, but I 
can't see where the date of the event is specified.  When is (was?) the 
field day?  If I have overlooked this info, I apologize.

Concept – Alternate location on same hilltop to preserve reservation for
preferred end next year(s). 3 logging stations only, one dedicated to
each of HF CW, HF SSB, and VHF Phone (SSB/FM) – this ensures no
double-use of same band-mode, no tokens required. By claiming more
transmitters, HF stations my QSY bands quicker than 15 minutes. One VHF
logging station may support two operators if 6SSB and 2/440FM are
interesting at same time, but must coordinate since 2ssb & 2fm are same
band/mode for contest etc. So plan on 3 Ops tables, 2 HF antennae, but
exchange 7A.

Help needed
* HF-Phone Lead (Ops:HF SSB)
* Friday and/or early Saturday cargo pickups (Logistics, several)
* Logging & Scoring coordinator (Planning: Documentation)

Materiel
* 10x20' carport (club, @ Blake's, need new storage location after) –
food station
* 10x12 Hingham popup – Hospitality / IC
* (2) 10x10 popups (Club, KB1IBG) + Tarp (N1ZKR) + beams (???)
     – operating facility.
* Tables & Chairs , (3 Ops + 1 Hosp/IC + 2 Food) – From Where?
* Grill – Food Committee
* Griddles – bring 'em all.
* Coffee Perk & stove – N1VUX


Power
* Generator, Quiet, 2kw, Hingham.
* 120v cordage & distribution – N1ZKR
* 120v UPS for logging computers – N1ZKR
* 12v Power –
     2x Astron Switchers (WHOSE?) 2x Deepcycle batteries (WHOSE?) @ Ops,
     1x Astron Switcher (WHOSE?) Battery (WHOSE?) @ Hospitality,
     12v Bus – N1ZKR
         QUESTION: what connectors? PowerPole, Wire Nut, and Cigar?

Gear
* Logging laptops – bring 12v or 110v adapter (WHOSE?)
  * ? Which program?
  * Alternative is paper logs & dup sheets
      – problems with legibility w/ multiple loggers!
* HF Radios -- 2xClub with A/T..
