I got a question off list ...

The rules are BAND-MODE limited. You can operate 20m SSB, CW and digital
simultaneously. But SSB and FM both count as "PHONE" in the rules, so while
they allow both "original digital" (so-called CW, really On-Off-Keyed Carrier)
and "modern digital", they do not allow two phone modes on the same band ...
and to not allow two different modern digital modes on the same band either.
