You might consider prepaid cell phones; I've found them cheaper than US
cell phones, and you don't pay for incoming calls. In general,
privately-owned radio units are such as CB or FRS are NOT usable ouside
the country of origin. You might browse Web sites for retaiulers
in-country to find out what license-free options are available there...
