[BARC-List] Overseas radio use

I'm planning on travelling to Europe in the future and would like to learn
about using various 2-way communication devices over there. (So the teenagers
can have some freedom while we can keep track of them!)

In particular, I have a pair of FRS devices and would like to know whether we
can legally use these in France (Paris) and Switzerland. I believe the
frequency range is 462.5625 - 467.7125.

Do you know the answer, or where I can look to find out?
