>From what I understand, Paul announced this meeting at the April Business Meeting as well.
If there is to be a Field Day event there has to be a LOT more involvement of club members.
All too often all of the work falls on a few shoulders and this has to stop. Some of the more prominent players at past Field Day events are unavailable to participate this year. Is this becasue they've done a lot of work and watched people show up and bitch about the way things are set up? Who knows.
I intend to discuss this at next week's business meeting. I would strongly suggest that those interested in having a part in Field Day show up for this meeting and get involved. Without a significant increase in people (BARC Members) willing to chip in and do some work for this year's Field Day, it may not happen. That would be a shame and an embarrassment for BARC.
Thanks.
