[BARC-List] CB sign on Divinity Ave, Cambridge (Harvard U)

I recently visited a building on Divinity Avenue at Harvard University and
saw a sign half way up the street saying no CB Radios may be used beyond
that point.

I am curious what might be happening in that area that CB transmissions
would cause a problem.   Is the sign CB-specific, or do they mean any
transmissions?
