[BARC-List] Frequency for EZ-Pass and/or Speed Pass

Speedpass should be in the 13KHz range, but I do not know the frequency of
the transmitter that is used to power the device. The datasheet is here:

EZ-Pass, alas, I do not know much about. Check for the FCC ID number on it
and enter it into this search:

https://gullfoss2.fcc.gov/prod/oet/cf/eas/reports/GenericSearch.cfm

and you'll get the operating frequency, maybe even the schematic.
