[BARC-List] HSMM and Getting On 2.4Ghz - 802.11b//P 97 Cheap and Easy

There was a good article ref. how to get a cheap card, PC interface and 
wiring a coax to the RF output on the card, etc, with basic background on the 
FCC regs vs. ham use on 2.4 GHz.  Article was in Jan, feb or March CQ.  I 
don't have those copies here so if somebody has the month and page # and
