      Please relay the following to  your Pre-Ham friends who are planning 
to take the Tech Ham License Exam after July 1, 2003:

      Reference: "QST", April 2003, page 10, upper right area
"Now You're Talking", FIFTH edition; is the NEW study guide.  "QST" has a 
picture of the fifth edition front cover and the note, "Coming April 2003". 
Hopefully, the book will also be available at local Radio Shack stores.
