Right... my webserver runs on port 123 and port 8080, but not on the
"regular" port 80 because Verizon has this port blocked for security
(read: Code Red virus) reasons.

You need to enable port 123 in your firewall software to access my web,
or alternatively, enable port 8080 and go to
http://kx1t.shacknet.nu:8080/kx1t/BARC

Small problem-

Apache gives me "Found - The document has moved here" with _here_ as the
hyperlink.  Clicking the hyperlink pops up a window saying "Alert -
Access
to the port number given has been disabled for security reasons."  My
only
option is to click OK.

The hyperlink tries to direct me to:
http://kx1t.shacknet.nu:123/kx1t/BARC
