[BARC-List] Re-allocation of Ham bands?

Someone recently posted to this list about the FCC discussing the=20
re-allocation of some Ham frequencies including the possible loss of=20
the entire 220 band. Can anyone provide me with links to more=20
information about this proposed legislation?
