[BARC-List] BARC repeaters

I and John were at the site yesterday.  We discovered that
the problem we are having with stations south and east of
Boston is due to the new window-washing rig, currently parked
right in front of our antenna.  Hopefully they will want to
wash the windows elsewhere on the North tower and will move
it.  In the spring, we will look into raising the antenna
by a few feet to minimize this.
