>      Hi, All. Please consider the following agenda items at our May 1 
> BARC Business Meeting:

    **  Announce in the SPARC, barc-list, BARC Net and SWAT Net that there 
is a Fifth (5th) Friday in May 2003. It was previously announced that in 
any month that there is a fifth Friday that the SWAT Net that night would 
be held on a 2 Meter simplex frequency. The simplex frequency to be used is 
??   147.420 MHz ??

    ** In a similar manner, announce that the Friday night SWAT Net on the 
second and fourth Fridays (May 9 and 23, 2003) will be held on the BARC UHF 
repeater, 447.175 MHz, MINUS Offset, PL = 110.9

>  **  Make announcements and take sign-ups at the BARC General and 
> Business Meetings for BARC Net Control Operators.

>**  Increase interest in being a Net Control Operator for BARC Net, NTS 
>Nets and other regularly scheduled nets.
>          *    Recognize them in the SPARC? Sample news article submitted 
> on January 2.
>          *   Certificates?
>          *   Modify BARC Net Preamble to remind Hams that we need Net 
> Control Operators?
