I want to express my sincere appreciation to the leaders and to all 
the members of BARC for its recent cash donation to the Courage Center 
HANDI-HAM System in Golden Valley, MN.   I am forwarding the check on
to the director of the program today.

This program shares information on ham equipment that can be easily used
by folks with disabilities. Handi-HAM also carries a number of taped 
informational resources partaining to Amteur Radio. The program also 
sponsors two radio camps annually, to assist disabled individuals in 
earning their ham licenses and upgrading.

I've been proud to serve as a Handi-HAM volunteer for several years.   
And I'm also proud to be a member of the Boston Amateur Radio Club, an 
ARRL Special Service Club and a sponsor of the Courage Center HANDI-HAM 
effort!
