I get plenty of e-Mail that gets deleted without reading it. If you are
going to send me something, either direct or thru a list, I consider it
common coursety that you at least *say* _something_ to me. Not to say
_anything_ is tacky, and possibly rude.
Some folks get 5 or 10 messages a day, others 50 to 100, and others over
200. If all you get is 5 or 10 then you can afford the time to read every
message. I don't have that much time, sorry.
