[BARC-List] FD 2002 update

I finally got all of the paper logs typed in (only had to discard a
half dozen or so contacts for missing/invalid info).  I still have to
add up the bonus points and convince WriteLog that 440MHz contacts 
really do count :-)  Actually, some of these numbers don't quite look
right so I may have to do the scoring manually...
