The following is an excerpt from an inquiry posted on the
"ne.general. selected" usenet newsgroup. With all of the recent interest in
simplex frequencies for disaster/emergency communications and our
experiences during the November 9 Simulated Emergency Test, I thought it to
be a good idea to post a list of potential sites.
