Hey!
Its time to go play radio it the outdoors again!
As usual, I will be at Thunderbird Park, North of the Loop 101 aprox
1 mile on 59th Ave and then West into the park. Continue to the right and go
around to the back of the hill and then up to the saddle between hills to
the trio of Ramada's. I should have my 31' Orange Flag pole and inverted vee
for 20 and the ever trusty IC 703+ along with the usual cooler of beverages
and snacks for those who choose to join me and have a little fun.
Don't have all day to play? So come on out for an hour or so and
play radio for a while.
Don't want to use my rig? Bring your own! There are 3 covered
Ramada's there and I will gladly share operating time on any band with
another participant.
Got company in town and can't get out? Bring them along and a
bucket of chicken from your favorite chicken joint and make a Picnic out it!
The out of towners will enjoy the Park.

Personally, any excuse to get my butt outside and enjoy Mother
Nature and still play radio while enjoying the company of the few friends
who might stop buy and make a Picnic out of the event has got my vote!
Getting my butt anywhere is no small task! FYBO, BUBBA, QRP in the Field,
QRP Afield, its all good in my book even if you only make a handful of
QSO's.

Saturday's weather prediction for the Phoenix area is a High of 95F
with partially cloudy skies in the afternoon and a chance for an early
evening shower. Perfect weather for a day in the park!

See you all on the air!

	Best 72' 73'.
