Ever since 1985 the California Aux. Comm. Svc has released weekly (or close)
Communications bulletins.

Up through 1996 they were referred to as RACES bulletins.  in 1996, the name
was changed to EMCOMM Bulletin.

I have converted a lot of them to HTML for online reading and they are
available at the address listed below.

I have posted 2000-2002 and 1985-1990.  I am currently working on the
1991-99 decade and will post those as I convert them.

It is very interesting to go back and read some of the 1985-1990 bulletins
and see how much has (or hasn't) changed since then!
